Exploring Opportunities for EISCAT 3D and CubeSat Constellations

Leveraging CubeSat payloads enables the characterization of transmission beam
patterns for system characterization, facilitating transmission measurements to
aid reconstruction efforts, and capturing data on harmonics generated by
nonlinear effects in the ionosphere. The presentation provides an overview of
an opportunity to utilize a small IoT constellation for a secondary scientific
